KATHUA, June 25: A protest demonstration was held at Shadhi Chowk, near District Police Office by Kathua-Jammu private bus service operators alleging RTO for not implementing table chart, today.
The protesters raising slogans and also blocked the Jammu-Kathua National Highway road for about 90 minutes, demanding strictly implement ting the table chart and added that a number of request were made earlier to RTO office but they did not pay any heed to their requests, which ultimately exited them to come on roads.
Later officials of RTO office pacified the protesters and assured them for speedy action on their problems which resulted in dispersing off the protesters.
Meanwhile, large number of passenger/commuters had to face tough time on the ever busy National Highway.
