NEW DELHI, Sept 12: Students from Jammu and Kashmir got a rare opportunity to meet the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, at Rashtrapati Bhavan as part of the National Integration Tour organised by the Indian Army.
During the interaction, the President encouraged the students to excel in their studies, uphold unity, and contribute positively to the progress of the nation.
The meeting left the participants inspired and instilled in them a greater sense of responsibility, patriotism, and pride.
After the meeting, the students visited the National War Memorial and India Gate, where they paid tribute to the sacrifices of the armed forces.
The tour, aimed at fostering national unity and strengthening the bond of youth with the country’s heritage, continues to be a key initiative of the Indian Army in shaping future citizens.
