JAMMU, Dec 30: In order to carry our various upgradation/repair works, the power supply to Mandal, Guraha, Raya, Smailpur and its adjoining areas fed from 33 KV Mandal Line emanating from 132/33 KV Grid Station BB-II shall remain affected on December 31 from 9 am to 3 pm.
