Sir,
Population explosion has become a very serious problem for India as it’s increasing at an alarming rate. It affects the development of every individual of the country.
A fast growing country has to face a serious shortage of food problem. It is very difficult to face the situation of food problem. Again it is very difficult to provide housing, education, health facilities and other material requirements to rapidly growing number of people. A fast growing country also increases unemployment. As a result, it becomes impossible to provide jobs to rapidly increasing population. Population explosion leads to environmental pollution such as the pollution of air, water, noise and top soil. A large family needs large domestic expenditure which becomes the cause of low rate of saving. Since per capita income of a large family is low, as a result people have a very low standard of living.
In view of all this, it becomes the responsibility of Government as well as people of the country to adopt the strategies of population control.
Yours etc…..
