KATHUA, Sept 17: Police in Kathua have traced out three persons who were missing since September 15 and 16 and reunited them with their family members.
Police said on September 15 a missing report was lodged at Police Station (PS), Bani by the one lady stating therein that her daughter namely Radha Devi, wife of Raj Kumar of GurhaKalyal tehsil, Ramkot is missing from Sarthal area. Accordingly a missing report was lodged at PS Bani and search was started to trace her. Acting instantly on the missing report the lady was traced out next day while in another case a missing report was lodged at PS Billawar on September 15 by one Chhani Ram stating therein that his son namely Vijay Kumar of Najote is missing. Accordingly a missing report was lodged at PS Billawar and the missing person was traced out by respective team next day. In addition to this, one more missing report of Rukhsana Begum, wife of Arshad Ahmed of Dodla at present Hatli Morh has been closed at PS Kathua who was reported missing since yesterday. Meanwhile all traced persons were immediately handed over to their legal heirs after completion of all legal formalities.
