RAJOURI, Mar 26: District police under Civic Action Programme today organized a symposium on “Communal Harmony and National Integration“ at District Police Lines, in which 20 students drawn from various Colleges participated.
The function was presided over by Sanjay Sharma, DySP Headquarters, Rajouri.
The students while highlighting the various facets of National Integration stressed the need to maintain communal harmony.
In the symposium, Nasreen Akhter of Himalayan Education Mission and Akanksha Rajput of PG College won first and second positions respectively, while the third position was shared by Navreen Sikander and Silvi Abrol of Himalayan Education Mission.
Speaking on the occasion, Sanjay Sharma emphasized strengthening the integrity of the nation and maintaining communal harmony for ever lasting peace.
