Akhnoor, Nov 10: A public outreach programme of Jammu and Kashmir police aimed to address police related issues of public was held in Police Post Jourian of Akhnoor sub division today.
The program was attended by large numbers of civilians including Sarpanches and Panches of all Panchayats and Councilors of Jourian Municipal body.
The people from different areas putforth their issues pertaining to police and other departments which were listened by police officers.
The program was presided over by SDPO Akhnoor Mohan Sharma along with SHO Akhnoor Harjeet Singh and Chowki Officer Jourian Karnail Singh.
The SDPO assured that all the issues pertaining to police shall be addressed in the best possible way and those pertaining to other departments shall be taken up with concerned departments.
He appealed the people to come forward to make this initiative more inclusive and successful.
