RAJOURI, Feb 19: Darhal Police Station has attached immovable property belonging to an alleged terror handler and proclaimed offender in village Kurhad, Koteranka Rajouri.
The attached property comprises 01 kanal and 05 marlas land owned by the proclaimed offender Mohd Shabir alias Chichi, son of Nazir Hussain, resident of village Kurhad.
The attachment proceedings were carried out after obtaining due permission in the form of an attachment order under Section 83 of the CrPC corresponding to Section 85 of BNSS issued by the competent court.
