JAMMU, Sept 10: Financial Commissioner (Revenue), J&K, has appointed Tehsildar Akhnoor as Presenting Officer (PO) to conduct an inquiry against Ravinder Bhagat, the then Patwari Akhnoor Khas, presently attached to the Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Kathua.
The inquiry follows the registration of FIR Number 06/2022 by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, and Section 120-B of the IPC against Ravinder Bhagat, Ashok Kumar, the then Naib Tehsildar, and Raman Gupta, a tout.
