PM’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ on June 25

NEW DELHI:  The 33rd installment of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ by Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed to the people of India will be broadcast on June 25,  Sunday at 1100 hrs over All India Radio network.

The broadcast by All India Radio, Delhi will be relayed by all AIR stations, all AIR FM channels (FM Gold and  FM Rainbow), local radio stations, Vividh Bharati Stations and five community radio stations.

Over the past year, the programme has become immensely popular in every nook and corner of the country  and is eagerly awaited every month.

”The direct heart to heart address by the Prime Minister in his inimitable style on issues concerning every citizen of the country has made him a heartthrob in every household in the country,” an official statement here said.

Regional versions of the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ will be originated by the capital AIR stations in non-Hindi speaking  zones at 2000 hrs on the same day. The regional versions shall be relayed by all AIR stations, including local radio stations in the respective states.

Simultaneously, Doordarshan and other private TV and news channels in India will broadcast it after visually  adapting it. Similarly, radio in private sector patches AIR and all DTH operators will carry it.

The popular programme is also live streamed for a global audience and is accessible through mobile app,  All India Radio Live. (agencies)
