JAMMU, Nov 9: In a proud moment for Jammu and Kashmir, Irfan Shafi Parray, Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) in PMGSY PIU Baramulla, has been re-elected as a member of the General Council (GC) of the Indian Road Congress (IRC).
The elections were held during the 84th annual session of the IRC in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, where 24 candidates from across India contested for 10 seats.
Parray secured the fifth rank in the keenly fought election. He has been a member of the Indian Roads Congress since 2011.
