KATHUA, Mar 26: Aimed at strengthening the party’s organizational structure and training its cadre at the grassroots level, an organization meeting organized by the Bharatiya Janata Party Jammu & Kashmir unit, was held here today.
The meeting was held under the “Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Prashikshan Mahabhiyan–2026” and was addressed by Priya Sethi, BJP J&K vice president and former Minister, who highlighted the importance of ideological training and disciplined organizational work.
Addressing the gathering, Priya Sethi stated that the vision and governance model of Prime Minister Narendra Modi are deeply inspired by the philosophy of Deendayal Upadhyay.
She said, “PM Narendra Modi’s governance model is deeply rooted in the ideals of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay. His focus on inclusive development, welfare of the poor and last-mile delivery of schemes reflects the true spirit of Antyodaya.”
Sethi emphasized that various flagship initiatives of the government aim at empowering the marginalized and ensuring that the benefits of development reach every section of society.
She noted that this approach aligns with Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay’s vision of an equitable and self-reliant India.
Encouraging party workers, she urged them to adopt these ideals in their public life and remain committed to serving society with dedication.
“Our responsibility is to take these principles to the grassroots level and ensure that the vision of inclusive growth becomes a reality,” she added.
Reaffirming the party’s commitment to people-centric governance, Sethi called upon workers to strengthen their connection with the masses and work tirelessly for the welfare of all sections of society.
MLA Vijay Kumar Sharma urged party workers to stay closely connected with the people and actively communicate the developmental initiatives of the government at the grassroots level.
He stressed that effective outreach and public engagement are essential for strengthening public trust and expanding the party’s base.
The meeting was organised by MLA Hiranagar Vijay Kumar Sharma, district president Updesh Anotra, Seh prabhari Sanjay Baru, Karan Atri, BLA-1 Rajinder Bakshi and several senior leaders were present.
The workshop concluded with a call for unity, dedication and continuous engagement with the masses, reaffirming the BJP’s focus on organizational growth and service-oriented politics in Jammu and Kashmir.
