JAMMU, Mar 22: All J&K Plus 2 Officers Association held a convention, here today under the presidium of Dr Prithvi Paul Raina alongwith all executive council members.
The convention comprised of two sessions. In morning session , the general body members deliberated and finalized plans for the cadre irrespective of all odds while in the second session, the core body members participated.
The main issues and demands discussed in the convention, included ACP to all the Plus 2 Lecturers, placement of more Lecturers as Sr Lecturers, vacational status to all Principals and Lecturers who work in summer and winter vacations, regularization of all incumbents promoted till March 31st 2020 in one go, filling up of all vacant positions in School Education Department through promotions (Lecturers to Jt Directors) in a time bound manner, sanction and release of Charge allowance in favor of all promoted Lecturers, reorganization of the School Education Department and rationalization of staff
The Association also appealed Lt Governor to fill up the post of Director School Education Jammu out of the Jt Directors of School Education Department.
Rajeev Kumar Sharma, Narinder Kumar Sharma, Kapil Bangotra, Sanjeev Kumar, Suresh Raina, Prem Pal Verma, Kamal Kumar Sharma, Kuldeep Gupta, J S Bahal, Sanjew Kr Pandita, Naseeb Singh Chib, Ravel Singh Principals Ajay Sharma, B K Sudan and Ram Prakash Sharma were the special invitees.
