Plus 2 Forum demands regularization of Incharge Lecturers

JAMMU, June 13: All Jammu and Kashmir +2 Lecturers’ Forum today held its monthly meeting at UT level on virtual mode and pressed for regularization of Incharge Lecturers.
The meeting, presided over by Pardeep Singh Rakwal & Mohd Younous Gurezi ( Provincial Presidents) and chaired by RS Salathia, Chairperson, was attended by all District Presidents besides senior leaders of the central body.
Addressing the meet, Pardeep Singh Rakwal and. Younous Gurezi lashed at the Govt for unnecessary delay in the regularisation of Incharge lecturers despite passage of considerable time. They sought the personal intervention of Lieutenant Governor J&K, Manoj Sinha, Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah and Education Minister, Sakina Masood Itoo to resolve the issue of regularisation of incharge lecturers.
They said that lecturers in all disciplines including Chemistry, Physics, Botany and other left-out subjects should be included for their proposed regularisation so that the menace of Inchargeism is put to an end once for all.
The Forum leadership also urged Secretary SED to repatriate Principals and lecturers from hard zone areas to their home districts.
