Sir,
It is indeed very ironical that in our State, the new recruitment policy which is meant for the non-gazetted posts is sheer injustice for the educated youths of the State. Under this new job policy of 2015, every new appointee shall be entitled to a minimum pay scale of only 7000-8000 for the first five years. This can be seen as a total discrimination done by the J&K Govt towards the qualified youths of the State. In this world of high inflation and sky rocketing prices, surviving with such a less salary is next to impossible for the common man. It is also worthwhile to mention here that the J&K Government has not still fully abolished interviews for the Class III & Class IV posts while the same has been abolished in the entire country after the announcement made by our PM. This has created a notion of trust deficit among the educated youths of the State in the present coalition Government. It is high time now that the Govt should intervene in the above said issues as early as possible. The Government needs to revoke the SRO 202 of 2015 immediately and at the same time should also fully abolish the interviews for the non-gazetted posts in our State.
Yours etc…
