Sir,
I as a citizen as well as a parent want to bring the following submissions to the kind notice of the J&K Education Minister, Commissioner/Secretary to Govt J&K School Education Deptt for favour of their immediate necessary action/issuance of formal orders thereon :-
That there are many schools right from Primary to (10+2) level across the length and breadth of State where there is dearth of both teaching and non-teaching staff and as a result of it the students do suffer very much for no fault of theirs.
Besides, there are many (10+2) level schools where there are no Lecturers available in various subjects viz English, Pol Science, Maths, Sociology, Economics, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Physics, Bio-Chemistry and Computer Science etc. As the above mentioned posts are lying vacant the information/inputs of which can be sought from DSEJ/DSEK and concerned CEO(s) Principals and ZEO(s) etc. The students of these subjects also suffer due to the non-availability of subject specialized lecturers.
Therefore, a forceful plea is made to the J&K School Education Minister Naeem Akhter, Commissioner/Secretary to Govt J&K School Education Deptt Shaleen Kabra to kindly direct the concerned authorities to fill up the aforesaid vacant posts through DPC/PSC and to issue formal orders of elevation of eligible PG Masters/Teachers vis-a-vis strict seniority and to issue appointment orders in favour of the candidate who have applied for the post of lecturers through PSC at an earliest in the best interest of the students, parents and the J&K School education department as a whole to upgrade the Educational Standard. Hope for an early positive action in the matter so that the already suffering innocent students throughout the State may not suffer any more.
