Play ‘Galat Vyakaran’ staged

JAMMU, July 8: As part of the three day Dogri Rangutsav, organised by Samooh Theatre group and supported by Senior Citizens Support Club, the theatre group Aazaad Parindey Kala Manch here staged Dogri play ‘Galat Vyakaran’, written by Kumar A. Bharti and designed and directed by Mohit Singh Chib.
The story revolves around a middle-class family’s life, touching upon relationships, internal conflicts and the slowly fading legacy of Duggar’s forgotten heroes – the bravehearts who are unknown to today’s generation.
Artists who performed in the play were Janak Khajuria, Pardeep Sharma, Sheetal Sharma, Ankit Sharma, Saksham Chib and Disha; hall management was done by Sanju & Vivek Sangotra; music was given by Mohit Singh Chib; lights by Sandeep Verma; costumes by Sheetal & Pardeep; set design was done by Saksham & Mohit; make-up by Vivek Sangotra and properties Ankit Sharma.
The play ‘Galat Vyakaran’ left the audience laughing, crying and reflecting – a rare blend of emotions packed in a single performance.
