JAMMU, Aug 27: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has assigned Piyush Singla, IAS (AGMUT:2012) and Secretary, Information Technology Department, the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD).
He will hold the post in addition to his own duties till M. Raju, IAS (AGMUT:2005), the present GAD Secretary, remains on leave.
