Pilgrim dies of cardiac arrest

KATRA, May 30: A Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrim from Uttar Pradesh, died here today because of cardiac arrest while two Shivkhori pilgrims from Panipat were injured in a road mishap, here today.
The deceased, identified as  Mohan Parshad Upadhaya, son of Kamakhya Upadhaya of Nagpur, Faizabad (UP), fell unconscious at Adhkunwari. He was rushed to nearby dispensary where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Meanwhile, two Shivkhori pilgrims from Panipat were injured when a minibus, carrying them, met with an accident  at Zero Morh, near Talwara.
The injured were identified as Krishan Lal (5), son of Parkash  and Sukhdev (40), son of Raj Kumar.
They were shifted to District Hospital Reasi for the treatment and were discharged after first aid.
