JAMMU, May 21: In the Industry Academia Conclave- 2022 organized by IIT, Jammu from May 20 to 21, 2022 at Convention Centre, Jammu, Dr Rachna Dhani, Assistant Professor participated in panel discussion as invited expert who was facilitated by Prof (Dr) Azhar Malik and Head Department of Conservative Dentistry IGGDC, Jammu .
The theme of discussion was bridging industry opportunities in J&K. The integrated program was co-ordinated by Dr Shamim Anjum Assistant Professor, IGGDC, Jammu and Prof (Dr) Anju Chadda from IIT, Jammu. Panel deliberated upon the setting up start-up industries in UT of J&K especially in Dental materials and equipment’s utilizes in dentistry to become ”Atma Nirbhar” and how women can participate in these activities.
The Conservative Deptt under Dr Azhar Malik from Medical stream contributed to the ideas to have start-ups in dental discipline. The PG Department of Conservative Dentistry created another milestone by contributing to the success of Industry-Academia Conclave 2022.
Other panelists/ participants included Sharad Arora, Senserine Digital Services, Sankar GS, Caterpillar India, Rahul Agarwal, ZF Technologies, Anil Gupta Anphar Laboratories and experts from IIT Jammu.
