SAMBA, Apr 3: A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a motorcycle at Ghagwal Chowk.
As per police sources, a pedestrian identified as Badri Nath, son of Hans Raj of Rajpura was hit by a motorcycle being driven by Ghanshyam, son of Madan Lal of Bishnah, near Ghagwal Chowk.
The profusely bleeding injured was rushed to District Hospital Samba, where doctors pronounced him as brought dead.
The body of the deceased was handed over to family members for last rites after completing legal formalities.
A case in this regard has been registered at Ghagwal police station and manhunt has been launched to nab the accused.
