JAMMU, Nov 12: Students and staff of Mother India Senior Secondary School, R.S Pura donated Rs. 30,870 to a boy who is suffering from a dangerous disease.
The boy is under treatment at AIIMS, Delhi and belongs to a poor family. He is in need of monetary help for his treatment.
Member students of social club of the school-Rabjot Singh, Sharanjeet Singh, Gurjot Singh, Danvi Choudhary of class 12th and Sheetal Choudhary and Shivani Choudhary of class 11th collected the said amount from the students and staff members and donated the same to the family of the boy.
Principal, Sonia Tohra, students and staff of the School were also present on the occasion.
