Parkash Utsav of Guru Harkrishan Ji celebrated

JAMMU, July 29: Parkash Utsav of eighth Sikh Guru, Harkrishan Ji, was celebrated with religious fervour and enthusiasm by management committee of Gurdwara Sri Kalgidhar, situated at BC Road, Rehari, Jammmu.
Ragi Jathas of Gurprit Singh, Balbir Singh, Hazoori Ragi Darbar Sahib and Karnail Singh, Hazoori Ragi Darbar Sahib both from Amritsar, recited Shabads from Gurbani in the light of personality of Guru Harkrishan Sahib.
Paramjit Singh Kahlsa of Anandpur Sahib and Bhai Jaswant Singh, preacher, SGPC Amritsar, threw light on the life history and religious achievements of Guru Harkrishan Sahib.
On the occasion, president, management committee of the Gurdwara, S Manmit Singh honoured DIG Jammu-Kathua range, S JP Singh and also Sikh students who qualified for KAS and MBBS examinations.
Prominent Sikh leaders present on the occasion were secretary, DGPC, Manjit Singh and Avtar Singh, S Narinder Singh Khalsa, S Manmohan Singh Khalsa, all members of DGPC.
