Parihar appointed as Registrar in SC

JAMMU, Sept 3: 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge Jammu Sanjay Parihar has been appointed as Registrar in the Supreme Court of India.
Consequent upon the placement of services of Sanjay Parihar, District and Sessions Judge (Selection Grade) at the disposal of Registry of Supreme Court of India on deputation basis initially for a period of one year for his appointment as Registrar in the Supreme Court, he is relieved for joining his new posting, reads the order issued by A K Koul, Registrar General of J&K High Court.
Mr Parihar has been asked to hand over the charge of court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu to Principal Sessions Judge Jammu.
Appointed as Judicial Officer in the year 1997, Sanjay Parihar has served as Principal District and Sessions Judge Leh and Rajouri, Presiding Officer TADA/POTA Court, Anticorruption Court, MACT Jammu, Special Tribunal, Sales Tax Tribunal and Registrar of J&K High Court, Jammu Wing.
