Panthers Party torches effigy of Pakistan

SAMBA, Nov 5: Panthers Party (PP) activists protested and torched the effigy of Pakistan at Main Chowk, National Highway Samba. A large number of Party workers assembled in the Party office and took out a procession.
A large number of party workers participated in the protest and shouted against Pakistan “Pakistani Hai Hai”. They alleged that BJP-PDP Government has failed to provide the compensation and five marla plot to the people of border.
They said last few days back some people were killed and dozens were injured in Ramgarh sector due to heavy shelling by Pakistan on Bhaiya Dooj day in Ramgarh Sector in district Samba.
They said the Central Government promised compensation to the border people allotment of five marla plots, special recruitment drive and what happened to that. The Central Government totally failed to mitigate sufferings of border people, EX MLA and NPP senior leader Yash Paul Kundal said.
