Bharat has exposed Pakistan, Pakistani agencies, and Pakistani establishment for their neck deep involvement in sponsoring, supporting terrorism for its spreading around the globe and also providing shelter to the most wanted fugitives inside Pakistan. As per many reports, reported by various security agencies and it was also discussed at International foras, including United Nations (UN) that Pakistani establishment plays a key role in funding terrorism and also strengthening overground workers (OGWs) of the terrorists by providing all logistics which includes strategy, planning, funding, etc. This is all with the cooperation, support of Islamic extremists in propagation of the terrorism. The rise of Islamic radicalism and extremism in Pakistan and other countries of the world has been significantly influenced by the Pakistan’s Inter-state services (lSI) with all doctrinal support. Pakistan has not only raised terrorists training camps but also continuously providing all support for recruiting more and more terrorists.
The terrorists groups receives money in the form of donations by advertising, circulating pamphlets from the Pakistani diaspora community settled within Pakistan and outside, NGOs, local donors, wealthy businessmen of the gulf countries and high ranking retired officers of the inter-state services (ISI) also generating funds for terrorists. The Inter-state services (ISI) is believed to be the major financier for supporting, spreading terrorism. The ISI officers regularly visit the terrorists camps operating at different locations of Pakistan as well as in the areas of Pakistan-ocupied Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan has been exposed globally a number of times by Bharat and other Countries of the World for serious Human rights violations in their own country and also for employing, producing and sponsoring more and more terrorists and their Jihadists outfits for supporting and exporting regional and global terrorism. Pakistan is the world’s biggest sponsor of the terrorism. The Pakistani agency Inter-services intelligence (ISI) providing intelligence as well as protection to these most wanted fugitives with a global agenda to establish Islamic caliphate. The role of the Pakistani intelligence agency Inter-services intelligence (ISI) and other ancillary agencies are very active for helping and setting up jihadists training camps at different locations in Pakistan and in all those areas which are under their illegal and forcible occupation since 1947, i.e Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir including Gilgit-Baltistan. Pakistani army and other agencies are directly involved in financing terrorists and their Jihadists outfits for operating their different terror activities and generating funds for raising more and terror groups. Pakistan is not only grooming these jihadists terrorists groups but also providing all support and also safeguarding heads of these terrorists groups for generating money and other help in their own Country. Pakistani agency ISI built up a strong network of terrorists groups for their operations and usually inspire terror, terrorists activities all over the World .The area which is under illegal occupation of Pakistan commonly known as Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) not only suffers worst kind of human rights violations, inhumane acts by Pakistani establishment and has also made it hub of terrorism to spread it into length and breath of India beside Jammu and Kashmir.
The issue of serious Humans rights violations in Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir were also raised number of times by the representatives of many sections in the US and other European countries but nothing fruitful come out for this serious Human rights violations issues.The areas of Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir (POJK) has become hub of terrorism.It is a well-known fact that the Pakistani Inter-State Services (ISI) has carried out a number of military intelligence operations in Bharat, including aggressively producing and distributing fake Indian Bank notes and aiding overground workers (OWGs) of terrorists in spreading terror networks. International terrorists (global terrorists) of different terror organisations find their safe heavens in prime locations of Pakistan and in the areas of Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir and also in Gilgit-Baltistan where they get training for handling of weapons to the use of explosives from the Pakistani army as well as other ancillary agencies experts.
They also get arsenals and logistic support from ISI, Pakistan army and by the most wanted world terrorists organisations and are dispatched from here to other countries of the World apart from Bharat to carry out such terror attacks, disruptive and terror activities which are not acceptable in a civilized world. During the course of their trainings, minds of youngsters are not only brain washed but also teach them a particular ideology and a pseudo promise if they are killed. The prime target of the Inter-state services (ISI) and heads of the terrorists organizations to recruit youngsters for spreading terrorism, narco-terrorism under the influence of narcotics, drugs and psychotropic substances so that they live in a particular state of mind and act accordingly as per the directions of their heads of different fundamentalists, terrorists organizations. They allow them to carry forward their nefarious designs like bomb blasts, suicidal acts and attacks on civilians and Security forces. With this kind of training batches of trained, battle hardened, criminal and terrorists in the name of religion or pushing them for terror acts through the porus Indo Pak border inside the Indian territory to cause mayhem of innocent civilians and security forces thus causing immense damage to persons and properties. Apart from Bharat their same strategy is for the other countries where they want to attack under the guise of terrorism. Globally, their sole objective is to cause unrest, chaos and fear and turmoil in the society and also sow the seeds of hatred among the different communities which otherwise lived peacefully with harmony.
Indian Government apprised number of times to United Nations, United Nation Security council (UNSC), Government of Pakistan, Pakistan’s Army and as well as other world foras with substantial pieces of evidences that State of Pakistan, their agencies are aiding, abetting, sponsoring and transporting terrorism inside Jammu and Kashmir and else where in Bharat and other countries of the world but in vain as Paki’s have made terrorism as part of their State’s Policy. Number of times United Nations, United States and other European countries had warned Pakistan to desist from supporting terrorism at world level but on ground, situation is different. Things are totally different and the most wanted fugitives are living in Pakistan without fear and dread. But inspite of warning, nothing concrete has been done by the Pakistani Government.
Finally there is a great shift in the Indian Policy, now Bharat has finally decided that instead of combating terrorism inside our territory, we must retaliate every act of terror which is caused here in Bharat through the agency of Pakistan it must be given a befitting reply as has been done by Indian forces. After Uri, Pulwama, Pahalgam etc. terrorists attacks. Now it will be most appropriate for Government of India to get the areas of POJK (Pakistan Occupied Jammu and Kashmir) including Gilgit- Baltistan, Skardu as well be vacated immediately. If the Pakistani Government doesn’t vacate it than Government of India should not hesitate to exercise military option for retrieval of Indian territories which were illegally and forcibly occupied by the Pakistan Since 1947.
