JAMMU: A Pakistan national was today arrested from a forward village in Hiranagar sector of Kathua district.
“Officials of intelligence agencies this morning on a tip-off with the assistance of local people apprehended one person near Kattal Chowk in Hiranagar sector,” police sources here said.
They said the arrested man disclosed his identity as Abdul Yousaf, 41, son of Mohammad Akram, resident of Goregam, Pakistan. Some tobacco products were recovered from him, police said, adding that he has been handed over to police for further details and investigation. (AGENCIES)
