NEW DELHI, Nov 28: More than 200 participants from India and abroad, including metal experts, representatives from metal and scrap trading, government officials and overseas buyers and sellers will take part in a two-day long Global Metal and Steel Scrap Summit 2012 being organised at Gurgaon in the National Capital Region (NCR) on December 3 and 4.
The summit, to be inaugurated by Mr S K Roongta, Managing Director Vedanta Aluminium, is being organised by Steel Guru, a portal for steel related information and Global Business Connect, a business networking division of SteelGuru.
The experts will discuss opportunities, challenges and ground realities in the Indian and Asian metal and steel scrap industries and understand market dynamics, the portal said in a statement.
During the conference, the participants will receive the latest information on the prices, volumes, and main trends of the metals and scrap markets worldwide, it added. (UNI)
