Orientation Week for new students commences at Aryans

SRINAGAR, Aug 20: As part of its Orientation Week, an interactive session for newly admitted students was today commenced at Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, near Chandigarh.
During the session, Manjula Sularia, CEO, Life Skills Coach and Director, Prasanchetas Foundation inspired the students on the topic “Building One’s Academic Identity.”
Addressing the students, Sularia emphasized the importance of developing a strong academic identity that aligns with personal values, strengths and future aspirations.
She guided the students on how academic identity not only shapes their learning journey but also helps in building confidence, resilience and a sense of purpose in life.
The CEO also encouraged the students to focus on self-awareness, critical thinking and adaptability as key components of academic success.
“Your academic identity is not just about marks or degrees; it is about how you connect learning with your individuality and future goals,” she added.
