RAJOURI, Mar 29: One person died and another was seriously injured in collision of two cars, here today.
The accident took place in Nariya area of Rajouri on Jammu- Rajouri Highway during the intervening night of March 28-29 when a car with registration number JK11D- 0101 was hit from the rear side by another car (JK 02R- 8288). Both the vehicles were coming from Nowshera.
Due to the accident, one person namely Bhag Hussain, son Ghulam Mohammad, resident of Murrah, Tehsil Surankot, District Poonch, died on the spot, while another person namely Gulzar Hussain, son Ali Mohammad, resident Murrah , Surankot was seriously injured.
The injured is undergoing treatment at GMC Rajouri and his condition was stated to be critical. The police have taken cognizance of the matter.
