JAMMU, Oct 20: One person was killed, while three others were injured in accidents, here today.
As per reports, a person identified as Parkash, son of Puni Ram of Chattisgarh, at present Khanpur Nagrota was killed after being hit by a mini-bus at Kamini Market near Nagrota.
After completing medical and legal formalities, the body of the deceased has been handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Nagrota police has taken cognizance in this regards.
Meanwhile, three persons identified as Bua Ditta, son of Dharam Chand, Tanatar Singh, son of Sai Dass and Darshana Devi, wife of Ashok Kumar, all resident of Jourian were injured when the car they were traveling in turned turtle near TV Tower Nagbani.
All the injured persons were rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu, where their condition was stated to be out of danger, when last reports came in.
Domana police has taken cognizance in this regards.
