DODA, Sept 28: The driver of a mini-truck received serious injuries when it rolled down the road near Malhori in Khelani area.
“The injured was identified as Sameer Ahmed (25) son of Amkulla, resident of Gangatha,” a police official said, adding, the mishap occurred when the mini-truck bearing registration number JK02CC-2604 was on its way to Doda from Jammu.
He said the grievously injured driver was rushed to Government Medical College (GMC) Doda and after providing initial treatment, referred to GMC Jammu for specialized treatment. Khelani police had taken cognizance of the matter, the official added.
