JAMMU, July 6: Police Station Bahu Fort arrested a drug peddler and recovered around 20 grams of a heroin-like substance along with an electronic weighing scale.
The arrest was made during routine patrolling by a team from Police Post Narwal, led by PSI Sushil Kumar, near Rajiv Nagar. The accused has been identified as Arun Singh, son of Pal Singh, a resident of Rajiv Nagar, Narwal.
A case under FIR Number 213/2025 has been registered under relevant sections of the NDPS Act, and further investigation is underway.
