RAMBAN, July 31: Police here today arrested a youth and recovered 4 gram heroin from him in Sangaldan area of Gool.
Police sources informed that cops under the supervision of SSP Ramban, Arun Gupta arrested a person and recovered heroin from him.
Acting on reliable information, Police intercepted one Shabir Ahmed, son of Ali Khan, resident of Parthmohalla, Tehsil Gool, while he was heading on foot to Gool from Sangaldan Bazaar.
Cops conducted his physical search and found four grams heroin from him and he was arrested on the spot.
A case in FIR number 56 under relevant sections of NDPS was registered at Police Station Gool in this regard and investigation started.
