SAMBA, Nov 2: One person was killed, while two others were injured in vehicles collision near Mela Morh area on Jammu-Pathankote National Highway, here this afternoon.
As per police sources, three persons received serious injuries in motorcycle and scooter collision near Mela Morh.
All the injured were shifted to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Hiranagar, where doctors declared one of the injured persons identified as Akshay Kumar, son of Surinder Kumar, a resident of Sanji Morh as brought dead, while the two injured persons were referred to GMCH Jammu for advanced treatment.
The injured have been identified as Abhishek, son of Balbir Kumar of Sanji Morh and Sudershan Kumar, son of late Devinder Krishan of Sanyal Tehsil Hiranagar.
Concerned police has taken cognizance in this regard.
