KISHTWAR, Nov 6: A person was killed due to fall from a vehicle near Kudia area on Kishtwar-Thakraie Road here today.
As per police sources, a person identified as Jagdish Parihar, son of Jamit Ram, a resident of Shana Thakraie, fell down from a cruiser vehicle bearing registration number JK17-0940 in which he was traveling.
Due to fall, the person received head injury and was rushed to District Hospital, where doctors pronounced him as brought dead.
The body of the deceased was handed over to family members for last rites after completing legal formalities.
Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
