POONCH, Oct 13: One person was killed while another injured when a vehicle met with an accident in Dingla area of district Poonch today.
Official sources said that a Tata Mobile vehicle, bearing registration number JK08-7490 fell down from the link road in Dingla area. The two persons travelling in it were injured in the mishap and were taken to District Hospital Poonch where one was declared dead while another was kept under treatment there.
Medical Superintendent DH Poonch, Dr Shafiq said that Mohd Rafiq Malik, resident of Dingla died on the spot. He was declared dead here while Mohd Saif, resident of Qazi Mohra was injured who has been treated and kept under observation for some time in DH Poonch. Meanwhile, police has taken the congnizance of the matter.
