POONCH, Feb 28: One person died while two others were injured after a truck met with an accident in Kalai area of Poonch district on Saturday morning.
Officials sources said that a loaded truck was coming from Jammu to Poonch. When it reached near Kalai it rolled down into a river bed. One person was killed while two others were injured in the mishap.

The deceased has been identified as Maqsood Ahmed (23), resident of Sathra, while as injured have been identified as Sajad Ahmad (22), son of Mohd Afzal, resident of Sarikhawaja and Zahoor Ahmad (21), son of Mohd Ashraf, resident of Fatehpur.
Medical Superintendent, District Hospital Poonch, Dr Shafiq said that one person was brought dead, and his body was handed over to family after legal performing formalities. The two injured were received here who were treated and kept under observation here.
Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the matter.
