SAMBA, Apr 2 : One person died and another was injured in an accident at Jatwal, near here this evening.
According to police two youth namely Makhan Singh, 22, son of Mukhatyar Singh and Rahul Badyal ,25, son of Attar Singh both residents of Hatli, Kathua were on their way from Samba towards Kathua side on motorcycle. When they reached near Satyam Resort, Jatwal they were hit by unknown vehicle resulting in serious injuries to them.
Police team which was on Highway patrol and locals shifted them to District Hospital Samba where doctors declared Makhan Singh as brought dead and another injured was referred to GMC Jammu. In this regard Samba Police has registered a case and started investigation.
