SAMBA, July 1: One person was killed after he was crushed by a trailer at SIDCO Chowk, Bari Brahmana today.
He has been identified as Babi, son of Barkat of Ward No 6, Teli Basti, Bari Brahmana. He was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Police said the trailer bearing Registration Number RJ37GB4881 was coming from Kathua side towards Jammu.
The Bari Brahmana police has registered a case under relevant sections of the law. The dead body was handed over to the family after postmortem for burial.
