JAMMU, Dec 11: GRP Jammu booked one man for creating nuisance among the passengers and general public in drunken condition at Railway Station Jammu, during the intervening night of December 10 and 11.
According to a police spokesperson, the GRP men apprehended the accused immediately and his whereabouts were enquired at police station GRP Jammu. His identity came out as Tarlok Singh son of Amar Singh, a resident of Gota, Tehsil and District Reasi.
The accused was booked under 36 Police Act and Isteghasa stands produced against the said person before the Sub-Registrar JMIC after completing all the legal formalities.
A fine to the tune of Rs 300 was also imposed over the accused for such act of nuisance under the influence of liquor.
