SRINAGAR, Sept 25: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, today met Governor N N Vohra at Raj Bhavan.
In their one and a half hour long meeting, the Governor and the Chief Minister discussed issues related to internal and external security, implementation of development programmes, strengthening the functioning of Panchayats, elections to Panchayat Samitis and Urban Local Bodies and strengthening various Commissions, which act as the watchdogs of democracy, governance and accountability.
