Old Janipur Civil Society demands maintenance of Public Park

JAMMU, Sept 17: Old Janipur Civil Society Action Committee here today organised a meeting and discussed the issues of the locality.
Members in the meeting demanded cutting of extended branches of trees in the JDA Park, repair and renovation of bathrooms, construction of a hut where senior citizens may sit at the centre of the Park, engagement of a watchman and a gardener in the Park for its proper maintenance.
They also demanded installation of CCTV cameras in the Park and strict action against those who play cricket, football and other games there and cause inconvenience to the morning and evening walkers.
An ambulance at Mohalla Ram Vihar Health Dispensary was also demanded along with the demand of repair of damaged street lights in the area.
