JAMMU, Apr 15: In order to strengthen Congress party at grass root level, Vijay Tagotra, president Block Congress Committee (BCC) Bishnah appointed Ashok Sharma, Vijender Singh, Mool Raj Sharma, Chuni Lal Bhagat, Sudesh Kumari and Sat Paul as BCC vice presidents.
Raghbir Sharma, Rinku Langeh, Rattan Chand Sharma, Rashpaul, Tilak Raj Sharma and Yash Paul Bhagat were made general secretaries.
A handout stated that Banarasi Lal, Manoj Kumar, Sharmila Devi, Ramesh Lal, Tilak Raj Bhagat and Ch Charan Singh were appointed as secretaries of BCC Bishnah.
Amit Beotra, Balbir Kumar, Raj Kumar, Ram Krishan, Tilak Raj and Inderjeet Singh were appointed as organising secretaries while Vijay Kumar was made treasurer.
Vishnu Sharma, Gurnam Singh, Janak Singh, Yash Pal Sharma, P.C Khajuria and Bihari Lal were made advisors/executive members of BCC Bishnah.
