JAMMU, Dec 8: Nationalist Youth Farmers Organisation (NYFO) has urged upon the government to focus on the basic issues of farmers on priority.
In a press conference here today Anil Doot, NYFO general secretary assessed basic problems of the farmers like issues of quality seeds, timely providing of fertilizers, financial assistance, water supply etc.
Doot claimed that NYFO members are working with dedication to access the ground situation of farmers by providing their services at their door step.
Meanwhile, Rishi Kilam, national youth NYFO president and Mashqur Ahmad Bhat, national joint secretary youth demanded all the necessary facilities to farmers so that their coming generations may not leave agriculture profession.
On this occasion political activists Jahangir Wani from Kulgam; Pawan Pandita and Gajan Singh from Poonch joined NYFO while Aijaz Naik, J&K vice president NYFO; T.K Kaul, advisor NYFO; Pawan Kumar Pandita, Ravi Kumar, Rahul Kumar, Sunny Kumar and
Sukhvir Kumar were also present on the occasion.
