JAMMU, Jan 9: Indian Institute of Management Jammu organized the valedictory ceremony of the Nurturing Future Leadership Program (Batch-15) under the aegis of the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Program at the Jagti Campus, here today.
The valedictory ceremony was presided over by Prof Jabir Ali, Dean Faculty and Research, IIM Jammu. He emphasized that the key takeaways should be multiplied by adopting best practices and integrating them across disciplines. He stated that the programme marks the beginning of sustained engagement, collaboration, and joint initiatives, and highlighted IIM Jammu as a living case study of leadership and institutional transformation, encouraging participants to carry forward the best practices for long-term impact in their respective Institutes.
Prof Nitin Upadhyay, Dean Academics, IIM Jammu, stated that the reflections were specially designed in alignment with the Ministry of Education, capturing evolving perspectives towards Viksit Bharat and the changing dynamics of education.
Prof Sanjeev Pathak, Chairperson, Executive Education and Consultancy, IIM Jammu highlighted that participant feedback plays a critical role in strengthening programme quality and shaping future batches.
Participants described the experience as highly enriching and transformative. They specifically acknowledged the impactful sessions by Prof Brigadier Neeraj Soni, Prof Nitin Upadhyay, Prof Jabir Ali, and Dr Muqbil Burhan for their insightful narratives, along with the high energy and motivation infused by Prof Sanjeev Pathak, Chairperson, EE and C, which significantly enhanced the overall learning environment.
Certificates were distributed to all participants, marking the formal completion of the program. The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr Ramswarup Bhaskar, Program Director. The training program was coordinated and executed by Executive Education and Consultancy, IIM Jammu.
