JAMMU, Jan 19 : National Panthers Party chairman Harshdev Singh (MLA) has named S. Inder Mohinder Tar Singh as state secretary of public relations of the party.
IMT Singh has been a prominent youth leader in his student career and participated in several students and youth movements. Recently, he resigned alongwith his entire team as State president of JD(U) to join Panthers Party. Prof. Bhim Singh has personally welcomed his membership into the party.
Meanwhile, State president of the party Balwant Singh Mankotia (MLA) has appointed Kamal Singh Jamwal as Jammu District (Jammu urban) president. A 15 members committee shall also be constituted within one week, a spokesman said.
