JAMMU, Oct 8: Now get your own house in Delhi with just Rs 17.42 lakh, as Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has prepared a PPP Model for the Development of residential area in Delhi MPD 2021 (approved by Urban Development Ministry).
Under this scheme, Delhi Height Multistate CGHS Limited is going to construct 300 affordable apartments with DDA’s much planned concept of ‘Smart City’. All Government employees, employees of any Ministry (Central or State Government), Public Sector companies, DRDO, police, Public Sector banks, Government institutions and Independent units besides working and retired employees can register for this scheme.
Women can also apply under this project, as 33% units are reserved for the women. The registration of the apartments has already begun on 10th of last month and the draw date is October 18. The registration amount for LIG type apartment is Rs 20,000, for MIG apartments the registration amount is Rs 30,000 and for HIG apartments, it is Rs 40, 000. The total cost of an LIG apartment is Rs 17.42 lakh, for an MIG apartment the total cost is Rs Rs 30.38 lakh and for an HIG apartment, it is Rs Rs 43.52 lakh.
The main attractions of these apartments are that they are at only 5 minutes distance from Indira Gandhi Airport, only at 2 minutes distance from Golf Course and Football Stadium, at 2 minutes distance from Dwarka Sector-21 metro station and very near to proposed embassy area and Delhi University.
Director, Delhi Heights Multi State CGHS Ltd, which is a prominent name in the area, said, “Our aim is to provide affordable housing to the people, who wish to own a house in Delhi. We are trying to offer dwelling units at easy installment plans and provide our contribution to our PM’s dream of making India a ‘Smart City’.
