REASI, Apr 28: District Police Reasi today booked and detained one more notorious drug peddler under PITNDPS Act and lodged him in Central Jail Kotbhalwal, Jammu. The accused, namely Ravi Kumar, son of Kartar Singh, resident of village Pardhal Kotli Bajallian Kun Daroorain Tehsil Katra District Reasi, was involved in case FIR number 47/2022, under section 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act of P/S Pouni, FIR No. 234/2024 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act of P/S Katra, FIR No. 23/2025, U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act of P/S Katra and DDR No.DDR No.20 dated 18/03/2025 of PP Kakryal.
He was detained by P/S Katra today under PITNDPS vide Order No. 25 of 2025 dated 28-04-2025, issued by Divisional Commissioner, Jammu.
On the directions of SSP Reasi, Paramvir Singh, his dossiers for PITNDPS was prepared and after getting necessary detention order from Div Com Jammu, Ramesh Kumar, Ravi Kumar was arrested by the team of Police Station Katra and then lodged in Central Jail Kotbhalwal, Jammu.
