JAMMU, July 1: The Station Director, Northern Railway, Jammu-Tawi, Uchit Singhal, with a view to streamline the working of Jammu-Tawi, Railway Station, conducted surprise inspection of Parcel Office today, and assessed everything very minutely to see to it if there was any shortcoming which could be removed at the earliest.
He gave patient listening to the problems of the on duty staff to trace out the workable solution of the same.
The staff was counselled upon to be more sincere in discharge of their duties. He also advised them to create an atmosphere of friendliness and amity in the office for rendering better services. He further asked them to serve the customers in well behaved manner.
